I have come to the decision to stop posting on this blog.

LEGO Ideas review

The latest LEGO Ideas review is out and I am rather up-set at the results. (I really had to add that pun there) Here are the results.

I am happy about the one set they did approve, but I an rather up-set (that one was too great to miss) about the Gondor. Gondor is an amazing part of the Middle Earth universe and it would be so hard to create it in LEGO, and yet a shining star in the blackness shone forth. NujuMetru built probably the only minifig-scale Minis Tirith that the LEGO company could produce.

You can see it here. As far as the rest of the projects, I was kind of happy they did not pass. Though the Hellicarrier and Natural Museum projects would have been great as LEGO products.

Literal Fork Lift

I have been really busy lately and have not gotten around to posting on this blog. I forgot how many bad ideas are on LEGO Ideas. What is up with that? If you are going to post an idea on LEGO Ideas at least put some effort into it.
I managed to find this technic forklift which looks quite functional. In fact I bet it could lift an actual fork.

Forestmen's tree house

I am so exited that the LEGO Minis Tirith is up for review, I hope it passes as king Théoden put it "like rain on the mountainside".

I am not sure about this project passing review because it could be considered a revival of an old set theme, but so was the exo suit.




I could really use those tree pieces. and the ground it well done.

Another mech?

As you can tell, I really like mechs from all the mech related posts that I have made. This post is no different. I really like the greebles and the detail that was done in this set.

Their are many a city block project at LEGO ideas, but this one is one of my favorite.
